Section 01
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Turnkey
Tools concerning your access to and use of the website,
products and services.
By visiting the website, using a tool, downloading a resource,
installing a product, creating an account or completing a
purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to
these terms.
Additional terms may apply to a particular extension,
application, API, paid product or third-party service. If
additional terms conflict with these general terms, the
product-specific terms will control for that product.
Section 02
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to
use Turnkey Tools. If you use the services on behalf of a
company, organization or other entity, you represent that you
have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Users who have not reached the age of legal majority in their
location should use the services only with the involvement and
permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Section 03

- Templates, forms and printable resources.
- Digital downloads and spreadsheet files.
- Application programming interfaces.
- Desktop or mobile applications.
- Educational articles and explanatory content.
Products may be introduced, changed, restricted or removed at
any time. A page describing a planned product does not mean
that the product has launched or will necessarily be released.
Section 04
User accounts and account security
Some current or future services may require an account. When
creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information
and keep it reasonably current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your password and credentials and for activity occurring
through your account.
You must notify Turnkey Tools promptly if you believe your
account or credentials have been accessed without permission.
Turnkey Tools support will not ask you to send your password or
complete payment-card number by email.
Section 05
Acceptable use
You may use Turnkey Tools only for lawful purposes and in
accordance with these terms.
You may not:
-
Use the services to violate any applicable law, regulation or
third-party right.
-

defamatory, threatening or abusive material.
-

harmful code.
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, server,
system, database or network.
-
Circumvent security controls, rate limits, usage limits or
access restrictions.
-
Scrape, crawl or send automated requests in a manner that
disrupts or places an unreasonable load on the services.
-
Use the services to conduct phishing, spam, impersonation,
credential theft or deceptive activity.
-
Interfere with another user’s access to the website.
-
Misrepresent a generated document as officially approved,
legally reviewed or issued by Turnkey Tools.
-
Resell, redistribute or sublicense a product except where a
separate license expressly permits it.
-
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except
where applicable law expressly permits that activity.
Section 06
Calculations, estimates and generated results
Calculators, converters, estimates, projections and generated
results are provided for general informational and planning
purposes.
Results depend on the values, assumptions, formulas and other
information used. They may be affected by rounding, local
practices, taxes, regulations, market conditions, measurement
errors or incomplete information.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying results before
relying on them for a purchase, contract, project, filing or
important decision.
Do not rely on a Turnkey Tools result as the sole basis for a
safety-critical, legal, medical, tax, financial, engineering
or construction decision.
Section 07
No professional advice
Turnkey Tools does not provide legal, medical, accounting, tax,
financial, investment, insurance, engineering, architectural or
other licensed professional advice.
Templates, explanations, examples and generated documents are
general starting points. They may not satisfy the laws,
regulations, professional standards or contractual
requirements that apply to your situation.
Consult a qualified professional when a decision requires
individualized advice, regulatory compliance, technical
certification or professional judgment.
Section 08
Templates and digital downloads
Unless a product page states otherwise, Turnkey Tools grants
you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable
license to use a downloaded template or resource for your own
personal or internal business purposes.
You may generally:
- Edit the resource for your own use.
- Print copies for personal or internal business use.
-
Provide a completed document to a customer, employee,
contractor or professional adviser when appropriate.
You may not:
-
Resell or redistribute the original or substantially similar
editable file.
-
Upload the original file to another template marketplace,
membership library or download website.
-
Claim ownership of the underlying Turnkey Tools design or
template.
-
Remove ownership notices when a notice is included as part of
the licensed resource.
Separate commercial licenses or product-specific license terms
may apply to premium bundles or specialized resources.
Section 09
User content and submitted materials
“User content” means text, files, images, business information,
feedback or other material that you submit to a Turnkey Tools
service.
You retain ownership of your original user content. You grant
Turnkey Tools a limited right to process that content only as
reasonably necessary to operate the requested service, provide
support, protect the platform or comply with law.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and
permissions to submit the content and that processing it will
not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information
unless the product clearly states that it is designed and
secured for that type of information.
Feedback and product suggestions
You may voluntarily send feedback and product ideas. Unless a
separate written agreement states otherwise, feedback may be
used to improve or develop Turnkey Tools products without an
obligation to compensate or credit the sender.
Section 10
Intellectual property
The Turnkey Tools website, brand, original designs, software,
source code, text, graphics, layouts, templates and other
original materials are owned by Turnkey Tools or used with
permission and are protected by applicable intellectual
property laws.
These terms do not transfer ownership of Turnkey Tools
intellectual property to you.
You may link to publicly accessible Turnkey Tools pages,
provided the link is not misleading and does not imply a
partnership, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist.
Turnkey Tools names, logos and product branding may not be used
to impersonate the service or misrepresent the source of a
product.
Section 11
Third-party services and external links
Turnkey Tools may link to or integrate with third-party
websites, app stores, extension stores, hosting providers,
retailers, payment services and software platforms.
Third-party products are governed by their own terms, privacy
policies, warranties and business practices. Turnkey Tools
does not control and is not responsible for an independent
third-party service.
A link or reference does not necessarily constitute an
endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing third-party
terms before using a product or completing a transaction.
Section 12
Affiliate links, sponsorships and advertising
Some pages may contain affiliate links, sponsored placements or
advertising. Turnkey Tools may receive compensation when a user
clicks a link or completes a qualifying transaction.
Applicable affiliate or sponsored relationships should be
disclosed on or near the relevant content.
Compensation does not increase the price unless the third-party
seller states otherwise. Product prices, availability and terms
are controlled by the third-party seller.
Section 13
Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Turnkey Tools may offer paid downloads, premium tools,
subscriptions, usage plans or other products.
Prices, included features, billing periods and purchase terms
will be shown before checkout. You agree to pay the displayed
charges and applicable taxes.
Payments may be handled by an independent payment processor.
Additional processor terms may apply.
Digital products
Because a digital product may become accessible immediately,
refund eligibility may be limited after the file or service has
been delivered. Any product-specific refund policy displayed
at checkout will control.
Subscriptions
A subscription may renew automatically when that condition is
clearly disclosed at checkout. Instructions for cancellation
will be provided through the applicable account or payment
service.
Questions about a purchase may be sent to
support@turnkeytoolshq.com
.
Section 14
Service availability and changes
Turnkey Tools may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue any
part of the website or a product at any time.
The availability of a service may be affected by maintenance,
hosting outages, browser changes, third-party services,
security concerns or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Turnkey Tools does not guarantee that every product will remain
available indefinitely or that a planned feature will be
released.
Section 15
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turnkey
Tools and its products are provided on an “as is” and “as
available” basis.
Turnkey Tools does not warrant that:
- The services will always be available or uninterrupted.
- The services will be free from errors or harmful code.
- Every calculation or generated result will be accurate.
- A product will meet every user’s requirements.
- Generated content will satisfy legal or professional rules.
- Third-party products or links will remain available.
No oral or written statement creates a warranty unless it is
expressly included in a separate written agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions.
In those locations, the exclusions apply only to the extent
permitted by law.
Section 16
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turnkey
Tools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or
related to the services.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue,
business opportunities, data, files, goodwill or anticipated
savings.
Turnkey Tools is not responsible for losses resulting from:
- Reliance on an estimate or calculation.
- Incorrect or incomplete information entered by a user.
- A user’s failure to verify generated content.
- Unauthorized account access.
- Third-party products, websites or payment services.
- Service interruptions or lost files.
- Use of a template without professional review.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, Turnkey Tools’
aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you
paid directly to Turnkey Tools for the product giving rise to
the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, or
fifty United States dollars if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of
liability. In those jurisdictions, this section applies only
to the extent permitted by law.
Section 17
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify
and hold harmless Turnkey Tools and its owners, contractors,
service providers and affiliates from claims, losses,
liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful or prohibited use of the services.
- Your violation of these terms.
- Your violation of another person’s rights.
- User content you submit or process.
-
Documents, calculations or materials you create and provide
to another person.
This obligation does not apply where prohibited by applicable
law.
Section 18
Suspension and termination
Turnkey Tools may suspend or terminate access to a product or
account when reasonably necessary to:
- Enforce these terms.
- Protect users or systems.
- Prevent fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
- Respond to legal requirements.
- Discontinue a product or service.
You may stop using the services at any time. Account deletion
and subscription cancellation options may be provided through
the applicable product or payment service.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers,
liability, indemnification and disputes will survive
termination when their nature requires it.
Section 19
Copyright and intellectual-property complaints
Turnkey Tools respects intellectual-property rights. A person
who believes content on the website infringes a copyright or
other right may send a written complaint to:
The complaint should identify the protected work, the material
at issue, its location on the website, the complainant’s
contact details and a good-faith explanation of the claim.
Turnkey Tools may remove or restrict access to material while a
complaint is reviewed.
A general copyright-contact section is not the same as
registering a designated DMCA agent with the United States
Copyright Office.
Section 20
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable United States law and
the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which the Turnkey
Tools business is legally established, without regard to
conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact Turnkey Tools
and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute
informally.
Nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking
appropriate relief in a court with proper jurisdiction.
Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain
unaffected.
Section 21
Changes to these terms
Turnkey Tools may update these terms as products, pricing,
features, laws or business practices change.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised
“Last updated” date. Material changes may also be announced
through the website, account area or another appropriate
method.
Continued use of the services after revised terms become
effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except
where applicable law requires another form of consent.
